Hatha Yoga

You will learn the classical asanas (postures), breathing (pranayama) and postural awareness and alignment. Each class is inspired by the needs of individual students and typically incorporates a theme (core strengthening, postural awareness). Every class ends with a healthy, long savasana.

Hatha Flow

Hatha Flow links Hatha yoga postures into a sequence of movements that ‘flow’ with the rhythm of your breath. We begin our practice by consciously settling the mind and cultivating an inward focus. We move into awakening the core with a combination of movements from yoga, pilates and the tensegrity series  before we begin to Flow.  Classes vary as Nancy always teaches to the needs and energy of the class.


A gentle yoga class combining the healing benefits of Body Rolling and yoga. Body Rolling and Yoga naturally compliment one another as their goals are the same- to free the body of restrictions, eliminate stress and tension; creating  a cam and balanced you!
